How on earth do you loose a shoe? Although it does seem to happen a lot and in the strangest of places. Next time you are on a motorway, look at the hard shoulder, it's littered with them.

I have always wondered how people loose their clothes when they are out and about. A lost glove is acceptable but what about a pair of trousers or a shoe? How do these things happen? Well, that is not a question I can answer for you (but I think alcohol may be involved in some of them) but here are some pictures of lost bits of clothing.
